  • My mother phone doesn’t work from 07/22/22. Calls don’t go through.Every time I call different representatives transfer me from tech support to customer service. Technician appointment get canceled 3 times after 4 hours waiting, last time technician said he has computer problems and he will report to another department. I got a call in the morning that it’s not a technical problem and I need to contact customer service with request to transfer my number from Spectrum. When they transfer me to customer service they said that number is active and connected me back to technical support. I feel completely frustrated, they charge for service, so why do I need to find the ends and figure out what is the problem? I am your customer for 12 years. And you need to take care about your customer who you charging every month.
    My mother is 92 years old and she can not leave without phone. She can’t open the entrance door, she has social worker, pharmacy, food delivery, nurses and when they supposed to come she needs to wait in the hallway hours. If something happens who is responsible?
    She doesn’t hear well and she has special phone which is connected to land line. Up to today she was able at least to make calls, not receiving calls, today the phone is dead.
    I leave 30 miles away from my old mother and now I worry sick that is no connection. I am 72 years myself and I don’t know what to do.
    You put my mothers life in high risk, without any help. Your customer service is so bad, your representatives don’t transfer to supervisors, no one give complaints department information.

  • My parents’ and surrounding neighbors’ phones continue going out. It’s been this way for years and the issue is never fixed. What happens if there’s an emergency? We don’t have cell signal here. A landline is our only option. We are charged for services that we receive maybe a few days out of the month. The rest of the time you can’t call out, can’t call in, or have staticky interference at best. It’s ridiculous.
    The issues are continuously blamed on the phones themselves and not the line – even though the entire area’s service is disrupted.
    We currently are without service and have been without for several days.
    It’s disgraceful.

  • Tired of our WiFi always going off. When you call for technical support, well my as well take a nap while waiting to speak to someone. They say well if you upgrade you shouldn’t have any problems. NOT!! Been there done that. Getting tired of this.

  • My parents, both in their 80s, have Frontier for their land line service. Their phone line always has static, popping and roaring to the point of not being able to hear anything. They are both hard of hearing anyway, and my Dad is blind. They need their landline to work properly. Talking on the phone is what they do to stay in touch with family. They have called several times and they have sent over a man that worked and worked on it but still could not get it fixed. Frontier is their only option in their area. They live in Brady, TX at the lake and apparently they are not the only ones with bad service. Please look into this and fix it.

  • I have called you at least three times and each time I was assured that Your company could not take anymore money out of my account because I have no longer use your services March 23 I was also his yard three times that I would be receiving a refund check for the money you did steal from my account and what a big mess up it was, so they were sorry about it But again oh my by saying that it shows another With drawl from my account for $9.99 and I’m sick of it I’ve not received a refund check I have not received anything I’m going to have to contact my bank and change my whole checking account because of your thievery which is going to cost me a lot of problems but as I understand it that’s the only way to stop you from stealing from my account So at this time you’ll be $66.99 and I would like a check I’m also going to call your office Monday morning and complain which it seems does the good get off my checking account if there’s anything I’ve learned from Frontier if you do not have any company automatically being paid from your checking account because they will keep doing it even though you’re not using the company and I’m also going to contact The fraud division of the federal government and tell them how you’re stealing from my account I want to show them the names of the people I’ve talk to the reassurance of had I’m tired of it Ruth Holland
